So....its been a quick 4 weeks and this is the last week! EEK! How exciting am I gonna do it?

This week as usual I will be mostly eating ...
Breakfast - overnight oats topped with chopped apple
Lunch -
Homemade veggie and lentil soup with a couple of dark Rye
or some cold hot n spicy cooked chicken with sliced tomato and cucumber
Choccy fix if i need it (which I always do) Alpro Soya dark choccy pot mmMmmMm
Snacks - chopped carrot and possibly a tasty cherry scone ssshhh only if Im good ;)
Dinner -
chicken stirfry
Homemade bacon and pepper quiche and salad,
peppered Mackerel salad,
Veggie chilli and rice
and um....some kinda pie methinks I'll see whats kicking about in the fridge and chuck it in a pie and have roasted veg and baked tattie
WATER!!WATER!! dont forget its important
Exercise:
Garden - last mow of the season before winter
Pruning to finish just some bits that are annoying me
Giant bundle of rubbish to recycle
Prepare veg patch for spring
Cut down vine and scrub wall (not looking forward to this it'll take hours)
Garage - everything out and sweep, hoover yucky webs, everything back in and also garden toys to store
Gumtree pop some bits and pieces on Gumtree to sell
Scrub deck
Front garden weed and mow, and decide where to plant some snowdrops...
Laundry - this week I will be completely on top of it and nothing in the ironing basket is the aim as it will be done daily! HMmmmm well if I manage this Im gonna get a sticker!
Hoover everywhere every day! Dont usually do this but housework will not only make the house look fab it'll be good excercise
At work: take the steps every day as the lift doesnt exist
Daily excercise - squeeze in somewhere......
