I just weighed in after attending my dad's bday party last night. I PASSED on the bread basket (really proud of that), had one glass of wine, a small amount of steak and green beans, a salad with balsamic dressing, AND a bigger piece of birthday cheesecake than I had hoped (my brother did the serving--he likes to sabotage my efforts)....Before that I did not eat all day or much the day before. I have been dieting a lot, but too busy to do anything more than walk. I have been sacrificing. Still, this morning's loss shocked me! I am SO used to NO loss showing. I weighed myself FIVE times to make sure I saw the scale correctly. Guys, if this is accurate and I HAVE reached my goal, I will be the happiest participant in this game. You cannot know how slow my loss is, despite my continual efforts. If it is FINALLY paying off, then I am a changed human for sure. Keeping my fingers tightly crossed (and water at my side)!!!

Once on the plate it´s considered eaten. It´s a real struggle to trow away tasty food but sometimes I have needed to, if it´s int the cubboards - I eat it... that´s just the way I operate most of the time so I have thrown away cuite a bit of candy in my days. I hope and think that you are gonna succeed in this period. Keep up the good work!!
