So, I'm trying to hold myself accountable for I'm doing everyday. I went over my calorie count last night but I didn't anything really terrible and still lost a pound so I'm not too worried about it :)
Walked the pup three times yesterday, according to my fitbit we walked a total of 4.95 miles yesterday.
This morning I walked to work and have walked 2.18 miles this morning, including the puppy's morning walk.
Looking forward to a walk on my lunch break and I brought healthy breakfast and lunch. The hard part will likely be getting through dinner without a slip up
