Well, week 1 of 2 dietbets are complete. they are both a month long and to lose 4% of my weight. I started at 172.8 and am now as of this morning 168.4. I know it seems like a lot of weight dropped for 1 week but I will slow down to about 1 to 2 lbs a week.
I also started a new 10% challenge today and the last day is actually my birthday, April 20th. So my goal is not just hit the 10% goal (152.5 lbs) but to be out of the 150s....even if it's just being 149 lbs.
