DAY 1- I hit the gym hard this morning! Morning workouts work best for me, I have more energy to get through the day! So excited for this journey and to hit my goal at the end!

Practice creates a habit....practice fitness, diet, overall health change everyday and it soon becomes routine. These is what I focus on day to day to meet my goals!
its been a crazy couple of days! Its been a tough week because it happens to be that lovely girl time which is always really hard because i get really tired this week..... im just trying to maintain consistency at the gym and a clean diet!! doing well and feeling like im on track right now! Its a victory to get through a week of working out on this perticular week!
DAY 3&4- feeling great and working really hard! You forget that it differs take hard work and dedication to meet your goals and fitness and dieting have always been a struggle for me as I started loosing weight and figuring it what actually works it got a bit easier but the smaller I want to get the harder you need to wrk to get that last bit off! Stay focused!
DAY 2- was a long day....stuck with my eating plan and had a solid workout!
