Today (Tuesday) I considered my first day of the challenge.  I decided to hit the ground running...literally and figurtively!! I first started my morning with Shakeology, jump starting my metabolism with plenty of nutrition!  Then, I had to work for a few hours, and then decided to go on a run on the Naperville, IL Riverwalk.  2 miles of running/walking, done!  When I got back to the hotel, I put in PiYo...holy cow lower body!  The workout was all about legs and buns, and boy am I sore!! Excited to see what tomorrow will bring!!
