I've been panicking about my weight a bit since this whole diet bet thing started.
At this point I'm not sure if it was a good idea, because I'm worried it's going to enforce some of my more negative eating habits. Last night I considered not having dinner because I was worried I wouldn't have any weight loss for the day. I did have my dinner though, and I didn't feel guilty about it.
This morning I'm still .8lbs down, so I'm SLOOOWLY making progress. My Transformer Round One goal is 147.8 by Nov 20, but my Dollar a Day goal is 143.8 by Nov 15, a full 4# lighter.
I really want to hit that 4% goal. My motivation is to buy a new iPod, and use the winnings to by weigh-in tokens for the rest of the Transformer.
I just need to stay mentally strong, go to the gym often, and hit my caloric goals.
