Hello everyone, I recently joined this site and I wanted to wish you success in losing weight. I have lost almost 80 pounds in the past two years using some methods that I can share that have given me such great success.
- Remain positive
- Exercise regularly (at least 4 times a week)
- Monitor your diet carefully
- Don't give up
- Weigh in twice a week
- Drink water, not diet soda or tea
- Go for personal records, not world records
- Experiment, but ask your doctor about it first
I have trekked over 3,600 miles since I started in August 2012, make healthy eating choices, remain positive and take some supplements. The supplements I take DON'T WORK for everyone. I take the following:
- 4 Omega-9's
- 2 100% Multivitamins
- Water pill (diuretic)
- Caffeine pill (thermogenetic)
Plus I walk at least 3 miles a day or more, 5 days out of the week.
