So, I recently started a new job and I really wanted to invest in a FitBit, so I did today!  Just got it up and running, I think it'll really help me keep track of activity here and into the future!  Can't wait to really start using it. :)

Also, my intense leg day yesterday gave me some shin splints! Taking it easy on my lower body today by skipping my run, but I plan on doing PiYo Upper Body Focus tonight when I'm done with work.  I'm so excited to work on my arms, upper body strength is something I really want to focus on!!
