I am feeling good today. I am feeling focused and motivated. Been eating well all week and have been to the gym 3 days this week. Going to take tomorrow off. I do need to let my body rest a day.
Not smoking is going great!!! Cravings are less and the urge to snack more is going away!! Thank god because now the scale is going in the right direction again!!
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are all packed and ready for tomorrow along with my gym bag.....just in case I have the urge to go even tho it's an off day for me. :-)
