What a great time of the year to lose weight. In the US, Thanksgiving is in November and this is a big holiday for us. Families come together and eat lots of good food, lol. We are now at a time of the year where we can start working on our bodies for next year. The Tiffany Rothe Holiday Weigh Loss Challlenge is going to change the way you look at food, your health and your body. Everything starts with the mind. Once you change the way you think, start saying positive things, you will be able to accomplish your weight loss and fitness goals.
