I have gotten a bit discouraged! I was losing so fast with only Nutrition and with no exercise . I lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks. When I added in exercise it came to a complete stand still . I am aggravated at myself. I did not change what I was eating . I am still on the Wagon!
I know I need to increase Water and maybe even increase calories . I think I have been eating too little and that may be the problem.
I have 3 lbs to go to meet my 4% of body weight loss in 4 weeks . I will make it !! I need to focus . I will keep exercising and drinking lots of water too ~~
