I entered this challenge today, October 28th...it ends on November 23rd! 28 days to loose 8.4 pounds, which means an average of 2.1 pound per week. OUCH!!! Maybe I should've entered the DietBet 10 instead? LOL
Oh well, too late, there's no going back. Let's do this. Halloween is in 4 days. I know for a fact that my kids will bring back a TON of candies, calling my name... I can do without dessert. I can do without chips. I can do without several things. But Lord it's hard to resist those nasty...cheywy...tasty candies :( Especially when they are all over the house! Any advice?
My parents-in-law are visiting this week-end too. One more difficulty to overcome. That's what real life is about uh?
But really, the hardest thing for me is to be consistant. Stop lying to myself, thinking that this extra spoon of peanut butter isn't gonna make a difference. Or that late night snack.
It's a go! I may or may not reach the 4% goal, but I'll sure take any loss, but most of all the discipline I know I desperatly need to have :))
