My Day 1 was a success!  For me, it's always hard to have that mindset to eat healthy and exercise on a daily basis on the 1st day of a healthier life.  I think I did a good job!

  • Breakfast - Oatmeal w/ Quinoa & almond nuts
  • Lunch - Turkey Breast Sandwich
  • Dinner - Chicken Breast w/ brown rice.

 I definitely need to plan my meals throughout the week because work from Monday to Friday can be hectic especially doing this challenge.

Workout - Ran 2.42 miles
