My first goal for this dietbet is to make sure that I drink at least 100 ounces of water per day. Over the years, I have always felt better when my water intake was high, but I can never seem to stay on track.
I'm sure pretty much everyone knows that what we think is hunger can often be thirst. Yet even with that knowledge, we simply do not drink as much water as we need to.
Day one is going very well! I'm over halfway to my goal. I've just passed 50 ounces and it's only 1:35pm.
