I rode the bike today for a solid hour on different resistances all at the same speed.  Going to try to add 15 mins more until I finally hit 2 hours.  Will probably take me all month to achieve.  But all I can do is a liittle bit at a time.   I really want to win a DietBet goal.  I have been doing this since April and have yet to make a goal

but my health vitals have remarkably improved 

in three months. I lost 21 lbs, A 1C dropped from 8.6 to 7.2. And blood pressure is normal

 

i ve also dropped from a size 24 to size 16 in the bottoms.  On the top I've gone from a 30 to 24
