So I haven't done so well lately. The broken foot is taking forever to heal, the plaster cast is finally off, but over the past month I've eaten way too much ice cream and sunflower butter. I need to not be discouraged that I probably won't make my transformer goal and instead try a short goal of just getting back on track. I think that serious tracking will help balance my inactivity.
