This is a handful of blog posts so that others can be aware of my transformation of not only my physical weight, but of my lifestyle change. I want to share that if someone wants something bad enough that anyone can make the change ... the first steps are the toughest. I am doing this for me and my health but even more so to live as long as possible to watch my 2 phenomenal kids grow up and to be able to watch their families grow up. Today was a solid 35 minutes on  the elliptical in my H.I.I.T (Highe Intensity Interval Training) mode. This allows me 3 minutes at a normal pace and then 1.5 minutes of the fastest pace I can do, then back to 3 minutes normal pace. This I do throughout my entire cardio. I spent approx. An hour and 45 minutes on free weights, as today was my arm, lower back and love handles. Pushed myself to failure because tomorrow is cardio and leg day again. Let's do this y'all.
