Yes mams and sirs....it's met. Starting weight 248.4, today - day 3's weight 240.6. On one hand, it's awesome I met my goal already. But obviously this is mostly water weight which can oh-so-easily fluctuate. And I have to maintain this weight for 25 more days. Pressure, anyone?
I didn't sleep at all last night. So uncomfortable from my illness. Finally gave up at 640am and got up, and pumped my poor body full of meds. They say rest is the best thing when you're sick, but I can't rest lol. And I can't drink any more water or I'll turn into a balloon. I will take it easy today, aside from of course doing my Leslie Sansone workout. She is so encouraging and positive, I just love her! I zone out listening to her talk hahahaha, it helps the time pass a lot.
Today is low carb day. Joy. And I want to make some curry cauliflower for the first time. I had some curry powder in my cabinet but didn't know it could go with anything other than meat and beans til another better posted that she was making it - and I was like O.o. I tried cauliflower mash once - that was the last time I had cauliflower lol. And I have always enjoyed it. Until then. I have not eaten it since hahahaha. So I am looking for find my love for the white cloud veggie once more with this dish. Crossing fingers!
