I challenge myself daily... In a good way. I try to walk faster, farther, with weights, without an end time, and with a smile on. I choose a goal and then add and extra one just to make it more fun. I also started changing up my daily foods to include mostly veggies and all homemade meals. I switch from lattes to teas and from beer to tequila. I noticed a significant decrease in calories... And started losing wieght already. I'm impressing myself :)
