This is my second diet bet and the first worked like a charm.  Somehow my motivation just kicked in and I lost about 15 pounds in 28 days on the first one.  That made for a total of about 30 pounds that I've lost.  I use the quick weight loss plan and I try to exercise daily doing only cardio to prevent unnecessary weight gain from weight lifting.

This is the season for me to do the dietbet too, because the winter months are when I tend to gain.  My overall goal is to lose another 37.5 pounds.  Then I will assess how I feel and perhaps set another goal.
