And I'm losin' it in all the right ways!
So I just got done with my Leslie workout today. Have y'all noticed she is doing intervals now? Which burn so many more calories than just a steady pace! And she's also doing more sped-up workouts too. I'm like wondering if she has been drinking a lot of coffee or something lol because she is fired up to fire you up!
Did my 2 miles today, it was broken because I had to stop a few times to tend to the kids or parents picking up their little ones, but I did it! I am about the same as yesterday sick-wise, but hey at least I'm not worse! Wednesday was nooooooooo good.
I could physically do more than 2 - perhaps 3 while still keeping up my every day working out schedule. But I don't have the time to carve out that chunk in my day. As I get more fit and can go faster then I can do more in less time, right. But for now, 2 miles is about 30 minutes with Leslie. I'm lucky to get all the kids down at once and that way I'm uninterrupted. Other days, like today, and yesterday, I'm not so lucky. But broken up or not - it still counts!
