I am surprised at how one month of clean eating has substantially reduced my appetite. I ordered a salad (no dressing) with chicken and could only eat half. I have no desire for snacks. A bowl of soup in the evening is enough for me. It freaks me out, but I feel so much lighter and more energetic. I am not starving myself. But I am eating more and more vegetables every day. After not eating sugar, a bite of a granola bar seems sickeningly sweet.
And the best thing is -- I am seeing results.
