Ugh. It's that "time of the month", and I haven't been as careful with eating as I should be. But I kept putting everything in my Sparkpeople tracker anyway, and a the end of the day, I was surprised that I was only about 300 calories over!
A few months ago, I could have easily worked my way through a whole bag of Halloween candy, several cans of pop, and who knows what else on a day like today.
So even on days when I feel like I'm doing terribly, I can see that I really am doing better, and making changes that are sticking!
