Since I have always been over weight, since puberty, the lady parts have always been temperamental. So inconsistency has always been the name of the period game. The weight plus poor eating habits and work out habits also effected things as well.

After a nervous doctor visit at the beginning of the year I learned that all systems were ago and that their was no problem other then my poor lifestyle. Since that visit my dear old friend still stayed away while I gained more and more weight.

As I started to become healthier I didn't think about how my system would change. I mean seriously not having an annoying week once a month was lovely; but the thought of never having mini me's often left me a little sad.

Whelp thanks to good ole work out, consistent healthy diet, and general life contentment my body has decided it's ok to do it's thing. This is a good thing right? Yes, it is a good annoying thing. Would I prefer that it wouldn't have decided to break the red flood gates during my 5k this weekend? A BIG HELL YES! But I guess my jerky hormones doing what they need to is more benefical then them staying dormet.

Trying to keep it moving this week just a little slower then normal.
