Today I started out strong. The hardest challenge for me was going to the movie theatres and not getting anything. I brought along an apple and water but ended up not having any of that and sharing the popcorn and frutopia with my son. We had Salmon for dinner! And tonight when my son goes to bed I will be doing Day 1 with the bands :) I had a fantastic workout today and gave it my all. I am feeling confident and strong!

Over the weekend I hosted a baby shower and made a spiced popcorn that masked it was actually air popped:
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Using 1/2 cup of kernels and 1 Tbs. of butter it comes to about 60 calories per cup. The spices somehow make it more satisfying and filling.
