The plan to eat every two hours started an hour late today because I scowled at my yogurt and thought 'no wanna.'  I might have also stamped my feet a few times.  Thank goodness I work from home.o

Then I ate.  And again in two hours.  As planned.  Each time I was hungry.  And not my usual smash everything in sight to quash this splitting headache followed by a snippy, grumpy evening of hating EVERYTHING.

So we do this again tomorrow.  Sit tight and wait for my metabolism to join the party.  It is like a weird trust exercise with my body right now that it will, in fact, be fed again.

11AM:  Yogurt, banana, honey, and cinamon

1PM:  Tuna fish mixed with avocado on an whole wheat English muffin

3PM:  Carrots and hummus

5PM:  Dinner with friend at Mexican restaurant...vegetable fajitas?

7PM:  Two hard boiled eggs

9PM:  Apple with peanut butter

Thus far the water push has only helped in acheiving more steps per day for the inordinate amount of restroom breaks.
