Calories in = less than calories expended?

Eat more to compensate, but just a little. From what I read here, many people use exercise computers which gives them (don't quote me) around 25% of their daily calories if they expend a lot during exercise. If you are hungry; not craving, then eat healthy and I'm sure you'll be fine.
