I am so very proud of you! I still have those naggy binge cravings even after being on plan for 18 months. (I wrote a blog entry about not overcoming a craving a few weeks ago.) Fortunately I find that, more often than not, I think the way you did - what's the point in eating that whatever, how does help my long-term goals?
