So I thought I would do a weekly recap to help me archive my thoughts
Weight on 11/10: 181.4 lbs
Health: Office has caught a nasty flu bug but I am thankful enough that I managed to avoid it.
Diet: doing wellish, I cracked on Wednesday evening and had pizza hut breadsticks, chicken nuggets and stuffed crust pizza...the sad thing was it wasn't even good...just very salty.
Fitness: I actually got out of bed early in the morning on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to go for a 4km run =) did my usual 45min of yoga on wednesday. Also challenging myself to do at least 10 pushups per day, this week I've done a total of 60 pushups
Mental: I am feeling very self-conscious this week,noticing my pudgy belly more and hating it more and more. Actually thinking of saving money to eventually get lipo if I can't get rid of my belly through diet and excersise. Overall I don't think I really enjoyed seing myself in the mirror...need to work on loving myself.
