My sister, cousin, mom and I all report are weight loss progress to each other on Sundays. That is also the day I send in my official weekly token weigh in on DB. Ocassionally I also get on the scale on Wednesdays to see how I'm doing mid-week.

For right now though I'm going to stop that. I know it's helpful for some but for me it's self sabotaging. I can think I'm donig really well with my eating and exercise, if I exercise, and I get on the scale on Wednesdays thinking the scale is gonig to reflect my effforts but many times it does not just because of the natural daily fluctuations in weight. So, I get discouraged and then I decide "Well if I'm not gonig to lose weight anyway I might as well eat like a pig! And then I do." Well, that's not helpful especially when I have not made my DB10 goal for 3 months in a row and I really want to this month. So, for the rest of the DB10 I'm in (we're in round five) I'm only going to weigh in once a week, keep following my plan I've laid out for myself and let the scales fall where they may.
