I'm the same way. I weigh in on Wednesdays for my token weigh in and then I weigh in a few times in between and it is so discouraging sometimes. I finally got down to only weighing in twice per week, but sometimes I'll get on the very next day thinking let's see how much weight I lost today, hoping for a good number, which makes no sense at all. I would rather see the larger numbers by pounds, not the daily - 0.2 or +.3. Still a work in progress. Good luck to you!
