Hi all-

I've been bad at publishing every day, but I will give you an update on how my goals for the rest of November are going!

1. Last week, I met my fitness goal! I worked out on my own 4 days and did one Turbokick Class. (I am supposed to do two fitness classes a week, but I went rock climbing on Sunday with my boyfriend- counted this as my second group workout!). It was a great week, and I lost weight!

2. Tracking my calories is the bane of my existence and something I have been a mega-slacker on. I managed to keep on tracking through the week, but man, the weekends just fall off for me. I tracked yesterday and am working on today to try to improve this part.

All in all, things are coming along slowly but surely. I think the hardest part for people who lose at a slow pace is continuing that motivation. So, in order to keep telling myself this is working, I have started taking body measurements! I will update them as often as I can.

Here are my starting measurements taken 11/3/14 at the start of this DB:

Thigh: 26.75"

Arm: 13"

Bust: 38"

Waist: 41"

Weight: 153.6

And here are my measurements taken today, 11/20/14:

Thigh: 25.5" (-1.25")

Arm: 11.75" (-1.25")

Bust: 36" (-2")

Waist: 41" (-0)

Weight: 151.6 (-2 lbs.)

 

So cool to see this!!! Amazing that only 2 pounds can make that much of a difference in inches.

 

Cheers to 13 more days. I've got 2.6 more pounds to go. I WILL MAKE THiS FIRST ROUND GOAL!!!
