Yesterday- I made pancakes. I got a lot of weight lifting done and not so much cardio but alot of walking as well. The day flew by as you can see I don't have a whole lot to say lol. I had my cucumbers ! My weight is up a bit as per water retaining and building the muscle so hopefully in afew days I will be back on schedule. I didn't eat my alotted calories for the day as I ate all the right foods and my body was full and satisfied!
