Today is my third day in a row getting up and leaving the house by 5:30 am to power walk for 15-20 minutes and do some floor exercises when I get home. It feels good to be trying something new. I was just not finding the energy after work, expecially with it being dark. I can't help but think that the exercise is keeping me from seeing weight loss on the scale so I have to work at not weighing myself everyday. It's not sustainable and encouraging.
