Struggled since the last Dietbet4 ended - probably celebrated a little too much and forgot I still had a monthly Dietbet10 weight in oops - gained weight there. Hope Chris can help get back ontrack with the Dietbet4.

Sign in to Commentreduce your kcal intake by 200 and push out more calories burned. Eat higher protein and less carbs and you will prob be able to get back on track. Best of luck to you!
I'm in the same boat! There will be minor setbacks and more to come, but you've got this! Great success so far!
