Walked 14,574 steps - 6.58 miles (I hit all of my exercise & eating goals!!). 

Went to an after work function and ate fresh veg, 1 crustini w/ some artichoke dip, and drank water.  Any cravings I had for the open bar were minimal and easily mitigated.  I spent the time socializing, which made the evening fly by.
