GOALS:

End of this game: 

1. I will be drinking green smoothies consistently. 

2. Obviously I want to lose 9lbs. (lost 2 so far)

3. Hope to be able to wake up earlier and be more energized to get out of bed.

4. Go to the gym in at 6am 3-4 times a week.

 

3 months from now (close to a year of healthy eating for me!)

1. Be able to say that I have lost at least 35 lbs in the past year!

2. I would be like to be walking every day and going to the gym 3-4 times a week.

 

6 months from now:

1. Continue to be walking everyday.

2.  Continue to lose weight to reach my number. 

3. Possibly do or plan to walk in some type of walkathon with a friend.

4. Go on a strenous hike like Tam McArthur Rim in the Cascades.

 

1 year from now:

1. Maintain my weight loss.

2. Be another 30lbs lighter.

3. Attempt skiing at Mt.Hood.
