I have always struggled with weight, but being in sports in school really distracted me from obsessing over food. I love to workout, but when I am focused with work I lose touch with finding time for myself. I feel better when I workout because of the endorphins that it produces. I have a startup travel agency and would like to travel the world without having to gasp for air by going up the stairs. I am planning an event for my fiance in New York for 04/10/2015 and plan to be at my goal weight by then. It may seem like I am doing this for others, but I understand that being healthy is a daily goal. Every pound that I lose is one step away from having weight related problems like diabetes or heart disease. I don't have diabetes, but my grandfathers died from complications from this. I am willing not only to take the challenge for dietbet, but for my life. I hope this post has inspired others who feel like they can't do it.
Losing weight is more mental then physical. Maintenance will be the hardest once I achieve my goal, but I want to live around long enough to have children, and see their children.
