Going to start keeping a daily blog to help with the diet challenges. Let's see how far this goes...

 

Well today was actually decent meal wise. Salad, and small meals. I also attempted to sign up for the YMCA in OKC. No luck for various reasons. I need to stick to my exersice schdule. 3 gym workouts during the week followed by cardio on the weekend. 

 

Had a painful reminder of how out of shape I am this weekend. :(
