This game had 61 winners in Round 3, in a pot that 169 people contributed to. That's a 36.09% win rate (compared to an average of ~28% for normal Transformers). Winners got $51.95 each. Remember in this game that the stake per round is $25 (the other $25 going to the final pot). Clearly the very high win rate means that the return on stake is lower than in the normal Transformers, and this round they're starting to pull ahead. Let's compare. In a normal Transformer, the 3nd round average prize is 34.39$ right now, or 275% of the $12.50 stake. In this game, this prize is only 208% of the $25 stake. Looked at yet another way, the average Transformer winner makes about $22 over their stake in Round 3, but in this game winners made $26.95 over their stake.
People who have won each round have now made $118.01 (compared to a $75 stake so far). So far, they're ahead $43.01. The average Transformer is only at $42.35 over stake at this point. So, they're pretty much tied with average Transformer and this month is a particularly difficult one for weight loss.
The game lost 1.74% of players this round (only 1 person). So again, the people playing are really committed, and I suspect, self-selected based on past history of success.
(Note: I write posts about the stats for all the games that are running, not just the ones I'm playing in, but my posts only appear in the feeds for my games. If you are in other games, feel free to post my blog there so people can see how they are doing. I'm currently in the Aug 12, Oct 7, and Dec 2 games.
