What an exciting way to focus on getting leaner & healthier. I've done well to lose 12 pounds November & into December, but I stopped dieting for the holidays, but tried to be mindful of what I was consuming. I'm ready to jump back in with both feet. I was following the Ideal Protein Diet, this time I may re-start that or simply track focusing on low carb, high protein & vegetable diet with lots of water. I never felt better! I am also planning to follow the PIYO workout for the month.
