I believe the saying goes "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."  

This rings true to me when it comes to my weightloss journey, except in this case... my repetitive habit is starting it. Going great and seeing results then getting distracted by food, the weather, being sick etc... I don't maintain it, or I don't keep doing what I was doing to get said results. It's frustrating not only for myself but everyone who chooses to get on board with me! 

Your weight and health are a huge factor in how you feel about yourself. Your confidence... 

It determines the way you see the world... It can be one huge frustrating challenge instead of a large playground that deserves to be explored.

Even though this dietbet is only a small amount of what I would like to lose its a start and I know I will have two very supportive people joining me once again on this cycle and instead of it being a cycle it WILL be my lifestyle
