Wellness Goals from 2015:

 

Overall yearly goals:

1. Develop a healthy eating habit I can easily maintain. Maybe 80:20?

2. Exercise regularly 5-6 times a week.

3. Lose 20 lbs.

 

Smaller Goals to achieve yearly goals:

1. Plan food menu early, shop and prepare it on Sundays. 

2. Schedule work-outs and hold myself to them.

3. Stop making excuses!!!
