My juicing and exercise is WORKING! I'm feeling overall better than I have in quite a while. My mood is better, my sleep patterns look better, and I'm excited that I've finally broken the 196 lbs. mark - which I've been "battling" for months.
I've noticed my body is wanting more frequent breaks, like short naps or a little meditation throughout the day. I used to drink caffene or berate myself. However, I'm realizing it's just my body's way of needing to heal itself and I'm finding ways to help it do that.
By my 2 week mark, I feel confident I'll have notably improved upon my 4% goal.
