Great job! Caffeine isn't necessarily bad for you. You just need to drink some extra water to compensate for it. There's a lot of studies out there that say drinking coffee can aid your workouts. I find it's also a good appetite suppressant. Now, if I could just drink it black I'd cut out all those calories from the creamer!
