Heck if I know what I'm going to do for the next 4 weeks. I do know that it'd better be damn good if I'm going to be one of the winners! I hate to admit that I'm not a very competitive person. I was in drillteam as a kid because I loved, and still do, love to dance. But I was too prissy to run around a track or play any sports. And I'm an emotional eater too. I mean I eat for every emotion, good or bad it doesn't matter.
Below is a YT video link I'd like to share. I'm seriously considering investing in a food scale. The thought of weighing my food versus measuring or counting calories is a new concept to me. IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) is a "diet" I want to try for this dietbet round. Yeah, as in my first round. Haven't even started this dietbet yet and I'm already thinking about the next one. Who knows maybe there is a little competitive streak inside of me after all.

Why count macros instead of counting calories? This next link below is a post I read and helped me wrap my brain around what the benefits of doing this are. No, I'm not considering entering a fitness or bikini competition. Ever. But if my goal is to lose body fat and lower my BMI (body mass index), which is at 29% right now, then why not try something different that has yeilded proven results.

As far as my workout routine goes I'm still working on that plan of attack. I have a few programs I'm considering but still haven't made any hard decisions. Because this is a competition I want to be aggresive with it. Kinda hard to do though when I haven't work out in months. In case you missed it the first time I said MONTHS. More like over a year now that I really think about it. Eek! I'm really hoping this will work to my advantage. Haha
Till next time.. over and out.
