I just joined this thing and I am ready to dive in. I am a active person so this should be goood. I want to keep this up to the end. I will e posting my measurements and weight on Day 1 first thing in the morning right now I am excited.
This is one of my New Years Goal so I put money on it to push me ahead. My goal is to reach 160 then 140 etc. I want to start small becuase when I look at something so large to acheive I kinda am like, eh! So I will do it that way.
Well I hope to learn alot and here I go!
