I have hit my goal this week on exercise, yeah.  That make 2 weeks in a row I hit the gym 3 times.  I fell pretty hard around Easter and am just now making exercise part of my life again. (The fall is fugurative of course)  My life started getting complicated with school with a summer schedule and I was made full time at work, both of these things are great but demanding of my time and I did not manage my time well.  So what I was doing easily in April is now a pipe dream and I have to bring myself back to a 45 minute workout and walking over 2 miles on the treadmill.  I will not dwell on my mistakes but my triumphs.  I have been exercising for 2 weeks and hitting my goals.

My diet has been pretty good since the weigh in.  This is my hardest area.  If I'm at home it is easy to eat right, unless I get bored and then I eat to have something to do.  I know a diets nightmare but I call myself on it when I see it coming and get up and walk around and get a drink of water.  It doesn't always work but it does sometimes.  I also will take time to chat with my roommates or play with the dogs.  Now if I'm at work, I work in transport and it is a lot tougher to eat right.  I really need to work on this area of things.  Because if my partner at work wants to stop at say Cracker Barrel I get the blackberry pancakes instead of something remotely healthy.  They have healthy options why is it I don't choose well when I'm at work?  Is it the long hours?  Is it the fact I am with other people and feel indulgent?  I guess it doesn't matter but I need to get this under control.
