"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past." - Isaiah 43:18
A friend shared this verse with me today and it brought to mind the word new. On the first day of 2015 I am reminded that I have the opportunity to make all things new. I can't go back, I can only go forward - what I want my forward to be is up to me. In my mind, I know that it revolves around letting go of the former things, not dwelling on the past but creating something, hopefully many things, new.
